Beau the Bichon!
Please Help Me Save Animals!
Hi! I'm Beau the Bichon, and I'm so excited to help out my fur friends at the Humane Society of Huron Valley. Yippee!!! Won't you help me, too?
I'm going to be raising funds by walking, wagging and running as fast as I can (and that's super fast!), thanks to my hooman friend, Dean Erskine, who will be joining me. (He and my Mama Lucy Ann own Lance & Erskine Communications and broadcast "The Lucy Ann Lance Show" on 1290 WLBY. They even have a "Pet of the Week" on their show!) When you donate to my page here you are helping us reach my goal to help animals waiting to find their own forever homes.
Your donation does so much. Like feed orphaned kittens. Save puppies who were dumped and left in a box. Provide food, toys and a warm blanket to an animal waiting for a forever home. The Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) does all this and so much more -- they're dedicated to saving the lives and reducing the suffering of homeless and abused animals. And as a "no kill" facility, HSHV is recognized for innovative best practices and having the highest animal "save rate" among all similar shelters in Michigan. But they can't do it without funds. They can't do it without our help!
Woof, woof! I'm shoutin' it throughout the town (and on the radio, when Mama lets me go to work with her.)
Please know your tax-deductible donation will be used wisely. HSHV is in the top 5% of nonprofits ranked by Charity Navigator, thanks to their fiscal prudence, accountability and transparency. They are pawtastic!

As for me, well I will be four years old in May, so I'm a big boy now. I was born at Remrock Farms, where Miss Lorrie and her vet husband Dr. Larry took care of me until I met Mama and Daddy. I like to snuggle with my Daddy Doyle. Our friend Michelle helps take care of me and is a lot of fun. I really enjoy when Abigail and Claire, the little girls down the street, take me for a walk. I can walk for quite awhile on my hindlegs, especially if treats are part of the deal. Oh, and I just met my new cousin, Jack the Australian Shepherd. As you can see, a lot of people love me! I want to make sure my friends at HSHV feel that love, too!
Thank you for your generosity!
