Sydney helps the animals  Local Girl Gives Up B-Day Presents For Homeless Animals When you work or volunteer at the Humane Society you get to smile much more than the average population does. Unfortunately, not every story here is happy – and Sydney is a smart girl who recognizes that. Sydney has always loved animals and has come into contact with a lot of abused or neglected animals, and she wants to do what she can to help. It’s a hard job, but someone has to do it, unless . . . . . . unless we could find a way to make helping animals be really fun, which is exactly what Sydney did! She decided to ask for donations to HSHV instead of presents for herself when she had a birthday party recently. Here is another reason we smile a lot at HSHV, because kids like Sydney will walk up to our front door with their arms loaded with foods, toys, and beds for our homeless animals at HSHV. Thank you Sydney! |
