Greenhills Create Taxonomy of Love1

Greenhills School Anatomy & Physiology Class

Greenhills School showed us just what the anatomy of a Greenhills student’s heart entails.  Besides the ventricles and veins,  we saw the structures of compassion for others, sympathy for the suffering, and empathy for the plight of the homeless companion animal.  Throughout the class the students learned a lot about cats in particular and then more about pet overpopulation in general during the course of their studies.

They must have been motivated by what they learned because when they came to see us they brought us donations.  There was a mountain of food for kittens, toys, towels, and other bedding for the animals here.  Thank you students of Greenhills School, and thank you to the wonderful educators that are teaching the future stewards of the Earth the importance of compassion towards everyone.
