Callie (formerly Jasmine)  Callie (formerly Jasmine) Truly a Present After my first cat died, we decided to wait until it was the "right" time to adopt again. That lasted one weekend. I found 2 kittens at HSHV, called my husband. When he heard about Jasmine the kitten who reached through the cage toward me, he said "We need a lover". She came home with me and he decided to change her name. She followed him everywhere and was always present by him so his choice of a name was Present (double entendre intended). I vetoed the name and came up with an original name for a calico- Callie.
