Loose Change to Stop Loose Cats and Canines  Regan is a compassionate gal Regan is one of those people who saves up all of their loose change in a jar of some sort, to save up for a rainy day or for something special that they want. The difference between Regan and those other people however, is that she wasn’t saving up the money to go on a trip or to buy herself something nice, but she just wanted to help the animals here at HSHV! Regan says that she loves pets, and it’s clear that she does with all the cash she brought us! If there are any other kind kids out there that need help counting all the coins in their Piggy Bank, HSHV is willing to help out.
