Our Livie  Our Livie Finally living a worry-free dog's life! We adopted Livie (formerly Sofia) in April of 2011. She had previously been living in a barn, confined to a kennel for most of the day at the hands of unlicensed breeders. We quickly turned her into a house dog! She took a few months to get used to living in a house and having the luxuries that come with being a real pet. She did not know what a couch was, but it quickly became her favorite spot. Livie gets along great with her brother, Stevie, a six year old cocker spaniel. They are now quite the bonded pair. Livie enjoys going camping, going on short walks, and playing with her stuffed toys. She is about the happiest dog we have ever seen. Her tail wags a mile a minute, and she loves attention. We are so grateful to HSHV for saving our Livie, and now she is living the life she deserves...as a spoiled and loved pet! |
