Adoptors Opt to Swap Their Own Gifts For HSHV Animals  Mackenzie & Meghan Mackenzie and Meghan looked like pack animals on their way into our front doors, because of how much stuff they had for us in the bags they were carrying. We thought they must have been making a delivery from one of our retail suppliers. It turns out though, that these two terrific kids felt like they needed to give to us, instead of getting gifts for themselves on their birthday. They brought in big bags of food and nice fun toys for all of the animals to play with. You see, Mackenzie's and Meghan's dog came from a shelter, and they were so thankful for their canine companion that they realized they should give back to a organization like the one their dog came from. If they are even half as generous and kind to their dog as they were with our animals, then that is one lucky dog. HSHV is so proud to have kids like Mackenzie and Meghan on our team making sure all of our animals are happy and have everything they desire! Go Meghan and Mackenzie! |
