Chloe the Compassionate holds a Different Type of Party  Chloe has a huge heart Birthday Parties -- a time for us to celebrate how awesome we are and hoard all of our toys like a dog with a new bone. Right? Well, not for Chloe, a nine-year old girl with the wisdom of a ninety-nine year old who saw how sad it must be to be an animal without a home to celebrate their own birthday. Chloe is such a compassionate kid that she decided that she would rather receive donations for the Humane Society of Huron Valley instead of presents and toys. She knows that companion animals want to be with a family and without them they suffer. I think all of us, kids and adults, could learn something from Chloe's selflessness. Thank you, Chloe! |
