Doggie Paradise

Doggie Paradise
Doggie Paradise

A place where other dogs can only dream about!

In early June I came to the Humane Society to find my new best bud. I found Stanley, who is now Amigo. I was living in an apartment in Ypsilanti at the time. It wasn't bad. It had a dog park and lots of property to take walks on. But when I was at work Amigo had to stay in a crate. He didn't seem to mind but I did. I knew we where going to be moving to my house in Colorado so I kept telling him that soon he would be in doggie paradise. He had no clue how much his life style was going to change! The day came and I packed all my stuff, shoved it in my SUV along with Amigo and a cat. We spent 2 long days and 1 short day in the car and he did not complain once. He saw many new things from Michigan to Colorado. I didn't tell him that the house sits on 4.5 acres of horse property along the front range. Oh and that it has a dog door to a large fenced in backyard. He wasn't sure how to handle the freedom until his cousin Chica showed him. He has adapted very well. He is now living the life that most dogs can only dream about. He is in his forever home in doggie paradise! He is the best!!
