Hello from Nana!

Hello from Nana!
Hello from Nana!

A happy ending for Nana (renamed Hannah).

"I came to the Shelter in April with my kittens. They were all adopted but the nice people at the shelter said I had to wait for a special person to adopt me. Well, I waited and waited - for 6 months! I decided I had to take some action myself. I saw a nice lady and I just kept head-butting her until she noticed me. And she did! They told her I had been there for long time and that I was 9 and a half. I started purring and acting adorable! Next thing I know I was being jammed in a cardboard box and taken for a ride in a car. I was scared and meowed really loud! Soon I was locked in a room all alone. But I ended that, and then I met my new friends. A pitbull dog named Sasha, and a big fat tabby named Leo. I told them that they needed a friend and I was that friend and there was no way I was going back and that it had to work out. It did and now I rule the domain! Hey, I learned a thing or two about surviving with other animals in that 'community' room in the Shelter. Well, that's my story. I'm very happy now. I have lots of places to sleep and nice enclosed area to go outside. And as for the pitbull, she's a marshmallow! And the nice lady that adopted me? - well sometimes I lick her to let her know I think she is okay."
