Peanuts, Popcorn, and Pets! Our Bench Warmers are Baseball Fans Too! Adopt an HSHV "Bench Warmer" - give them a grand slam in their life!
Animals that have been waiting for weeks at the shelter, just practicing to be stars in your home, are hoping you will swing on down to HSHV and a make a home run with them and make them part of your team forever. Many of the homeless pets at HSHV are lucky enough to find caring homes quickly, but for those that stay with us longer, we hope to bring attention to them with the adoption special we call "Bench Warmers". When you adopt any adult cat that have been with us longer than 60 days or any adult dog that has been with us for longer than 30 days, you will not only be giving a loving companion a second chance, you will get a FREE goodie bag and a chance to win a FREE adoption as well. All adopters will pull a special card from our baseball bucket for chances to win prizes like Detroit Tiger gear and much more. Cheer on the home team this spring with a furry companion by your side!
