Sir Arthur Duke of HSHV  Sir Arthur Duke of HSHV - now known as "Artie" now known as "Artie" My name is Artie and I want to thank all the humans at The Huron Valley Humane Society for helping me. They found me when I was lost, cold and really sick. They took care of me, nursed me back to health and then found me a family to live with.I really like my new home. I have 2 sisters that are kinda bossy, but its all good. I have a big backyard to play in, but I prefer to spend my time sitting on my human's lap, nice & cozy.Sometimes she puts some contraption on my body called "a harness" and takes me outside to walk around. I'm not sure why she enjoys doing this, I'd much rather be at home. Its been nice outside lately, so its not so bad. My sisters love to go on these walks, they act all excited and crazy! I don't like to think about the way my life used to be. I'm so grateful to the humans at HSHV for giving me a second chance. This is a picture my mom took of me "smiling". Hope you like it! |
