Leonardo Longinus Harvey  Leonardo Longinus Harvey Adopted in June 2011 Today is Leo's 2nd birthday and 6 months of being part of his "forever" family. Before being rescued by HSHV in June 2011, Leo, his brother, and his mother lived their entire lives in a crate with little food and water. When we first adopted Leo he weighed a mere 30 pounds and today he is a healthy 65 pound gentle and trusting companion. It is hard to imagine our family before Leo. He is not only loved by us, but by his uncles, grandparents, and entire extended family. He is always ready to hop in the car and "go" with us on any adventure. Leo loves hiking, going on boat rides, attending family gatherings, and playing with other dogs at the doggy park. Leo even gets along with his two feline siblings, Beardy and Petunia. Sometimes his sassy sister, Petunia, will taunt him and he can't resist playfully chasing her around the house. We feel so lucky to have found a loving dog who brings so much joy to our family.
