Elmo  Elusive Eberwhite Woods Panther Adopted in April 2010 The Elusive Eberwhite Woods Panther, AKA Elmo The Dog. This shot was taken just after I realized what he had done. I thought I might end up being the first person ever to call the AAFD to rescue a dog from a tree, but he climbed down easily. Elmo is pushing two now, adopted on April 11th of last year. He's a wonderful boy, even though he did steal a canning jar full of broth from the kitchen counter this AM. I thought I was going crazy until I found it half-empty, standing in the middle of the living room, its top unscrewed and neatly set aside. Now where are my car keys? I had them just a minute ago... (By the way, knowing that Elmo weighs 70 pounds plus helps to put the picture in perspective.) |
