Austin & Diego (formerly Kendell and Logan)

It was love at first sight. My partner and I first met Austin and Diego (Previously Kendell & Logan) at Kitty-Palooza at the end of August. When we walked into the humane society, we were a bit apprehensive about having two kittens running around in our small apartment. However, when we laid eyes on these two adorable and cuddly brothers, we knew we had to take the pair. We can't begin to express how Austin and Diego have enriched our lives in the short time that they entered our home. My partner and I are both graduate students, I'm a nursing/master students and my partner is an Anthropology PHd student. We spend long and busy days out of the house. Coming home, however, is far and above the best part of our day. As soon as our keys begin to turn the lock, we can hear the boys purring in anticipation of our arrival. The evenings and nights are filled with cuddles, playing, purring, and laughter at their hilarious antics.

We have loved watching our boys develop into two very different kitties. Austin, a little bigger than Diego, is curious, sweet, and never fails to put a smile on our faces. Diego is adventurous and incredibly loving. After playing with his brother he never fails to look up, meow, and jump into our arms for some cuddling. We look forward to continue watching these two grow up. They have made our little apartment a home and our little family is now complete...at least for now!
