Michigan (formerly Irene)

Michigan the St. John Ambulance Therapy dog!
Michigan the St. John Ambulance Therapy dog!

Adopted in December 2007

We adopted Michigan (then Irene) a three year old German Shorthaired pointer on December 22, 2007. We wanted to send an update to say how proud we are that she is now a certified therapy dog through the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog program in Toronto! She visits her friends in the nursing home for one hour twice a week and everyone loves her so much. She has a great time too! Also, Michigan's sister, Bella the Rottweiler/Boxer we adopted on September 5, 2010 is also doing fantastic! We've had quite a year together and she is such a sweet and loveable girl now! Thank you for giving me such great dogs!
