Elijah Craig and Henry (formerly Eddie)  Home at Last! Adopted in May 2011 My boyfriend and I adopted Elijah Craig and Eddie (whom we now call Henry) as a perfect pair about six weeks ago. When We picked them up, it seemed like everyone who worked at HSHV came out to say goodbye. Now we know why. We got the two best cats in the world!!! We are so happy with our two new friends! Elijah and Henry keep us more entertained than any television ever could. We love watching them romp around our apartment. We have made it our goal to spoil them as much as possible in order to make up for the rough times they had in their former lives, and they have been rewarding us with lots of kisses and motor-purring (from Henry) and the occasional lap session (from Elijah). The best time of day is when we come home from work; both cats are thrilled to see us. My boyfriend and I race each other home in order to "soak up the kitty love." It has been so great to watch both of these cats' personalities emerge... We will keep our boys warm, fed, and happy for the rest of their lives :) |
