Charlie (formerly Pelswick)

Charlie
Charlie

Adopted in December 2010

Hello,

I'm just writing to share an update on Charlie the Pit bull (formerly named Pelswick). Since I adopted Charlie this past December, he's gained about 7 pounds, and his coat has improved dramatically. Charlie loves to play! His favorite toys are a rope, which I've been teaching him to fetch, and a Kong bone, which has a slot to stick treats. He hasn't had very many accidents in the house, and will go stand by the door when he needs to go out. Charlie is learning to walk nicely on a leash, and is very eager to make new friends. When he's not playing with his rope or bone, Charlie loves to cuddle up next to you on the couch. At 6-7 months old, he weighs about 37 lbs, and the vet thinks he'll grow to be around 50-60 lbs when full grown. Charlie is eager to please, and has learned how to sit, stay, lay down, crawl, and roll over. If you're not careful, he'll give you a kiss right on the lips, too.

I've also attached a photo I just took today.

Thanks,

Zach C
