Friends and Fleece for Animal Pals  Anna and St. Matthew Lutheran School Friends Anna got some friends from her middle school together for an activity after school, which included music, snacks, friends, and fleece! They made much-needed fleece blankets for the animals at HSHV. Anna writes that she originally made a fleece blanket for her rescue dog, Harley, so that he would feel welcome in his new family. Before being adopted into a loving home, Harley had been starved and neglected, and Anna knows that many animals at the shelter have been through the same thing. She hopes the cuddly blankets will help them feel loved, safe, and comfortable at this difficult time in their lives, and is thankful for her friends who helped out.
