Charlotte

Charlotte is a warm-hearted girl who unselfishly saved her allowance money to make a donation for the homeless animals of HSHV. She loves cats, and says that taking care of them is what warms her heart! A big Thank You to Charlotte for warming the hearts of our animals!!
