Compassion for Furry Companions  Katherine & Camille HSHV knows how amazing our four-legged friends can be. Katherine and Camille know this too! As a part of their birthday parties, these Kind Kids decided that this year, they wanted their birthday gifts to go towards helping homeless animals. Each girl asked that instead of bringing them a birthday gift, their party guests make a donation towards caring for the animals at HSHV! When they came to the shelter, they had some greatly appreciated cash to donate! When asked why they decided to donate their funds to HSHV, the sweet girls responded, "Because we love animals! They make great companions and we got our pet cat from the Humane Society and we want people to have the same experience that we got to have." Well, we couldn't agree more! We are so excited that these two thought of us on their birthdays and feel very fortunate to have their support. The animals and staff at HSHV are very thankful for their generosity!
