Girl Scouts Merit Respect and Award for Kindness  Alexis, Sabrina, and Savanna The girl scouts program is a wonderful organization that helps the community in countless ways and respectfully brings young girls together. Alexis, Sabrina, and Savanna belong in a troop that loves to help our furry friends! These girls actively solicited fleece by networking friends and family. They worked on making blankets from the donated materials during meetings and even made toys for the dogs and cats with the scraps to reduce waste! “We really wanted our Bronze award to help animals at a shelter,” the girls explained. “We researched HSHV’s needs and went from there.” Thank you girls for the much needed blankets and toys. That Bronze award is very well deserved! |
