Local kid practices philanthropy  Alexandra Harrington When Alexandra started learning about philanthropy at school it planted a seed of kindness. Eventually, her school inspired her to give back to her community, but she had to figure out she wanted to help. She found when she visited HSHV she met some lovely cats that really needed more and she wanted to help. She used her own money to purchase dry and wet food, tuna, and cat toys.
