Shannon Can't Help Herself When It Comes to Helping  Repeat donor comes back again Like clockwork, we can expect to see Shannon as the weather starts to turn, and we are so fortunate to have her smiling face around here on these days! Shannon has spent the last five of her birthdays, since her seventh, giving to HSHV instead of asking for presents. This twelve-year-old with an adult sized generosity brought us toys, food, treats, and money to help the efforts of HSHV in their goal to end animal homeless and curb animal overpopulation. It warmed the hearts of the staff at HSHV to hear that she was inspired to help because it “makes her feel like she is doing something good for the world.” You certainly are, and it is nice to know we have such a strong ally in our friend Shannon.
