Cocoa (Lucille) happy at 1 year A very happy and healthy dog We adopted Cocoa (formerly Lucille, now AKA Mrs. Wuffles) a year ago this week. Cocoa was one of two very small puppies who were with the ~40 small dogs in a hoarding case last year. A Humane Society Foster Volunteer took care of her and her sibling and mother until the puppies could be adopted. Cocoa and her sibling were pictured on annarbor.com. A year later she is a people friendly, vivacious, healthy dog. She lives happily with our family which includes a Humane Society Junior Volunteer, Christopher (14), and Mew, a cat that adopted us 5 years ago. Thanks to the Humane Society for all the great things they provide to the community and its animals.
