Woodson the Wolverine!  Woodson the Wolverine! Woodson was adopted by me in Decemeber of 2013 at HSHV. His original name was Bret, but has been renamed Woodson, after the great Wolverine football player, Charles Woodson! Woodson is a very playful, energetic, and loving 5-month old puppy, who is also very, very well-behaved. In fact, he has only made an accident about 4 times in the home since I've had him, which is very impressive for a young pup! Woodson also knows all of the basic commands, is crate-trained, and even knows how to shake and roll over! Needless to say, he is a very quick learner! I just started taking Woodson out on light, mile runs with me and he loves them! Every Sunday is play date day, where Woodson plays and bonds with his other furry friends. He also gets along with everyone, including his canine counterparts.Woodson did very well with his last 2 visits to the vet clinic at HSHV! He is healthy, growing well, and just finished receiving his first full set of vaccines. I am planning on having Woodson take an obedience class next month, to work out a few more habits I've found to be difficult to break, such as getting into the trash can. I am also planning on taking young Woodson on much more walks and runs outside, as soon as the weather improves. I say this to myself everyday, but I just don't know how I got so lucky with Woodson. He always knows how to make my crummy days better, and he's overall so good! Woodson is amazing He makes me so happy, and I couldn't have asked for a better furry friend! :) |
