Batman and Bones  Batman and Bones Batman and Bones are besties. We came into the Humane Society looking for a kitten. Just one kitten. After some visiting time, we chose a spunky little guy with a big brown spot on his face ("Atlas", renamed "Napoleon Bonaparte"...Bones for short), leaving his littermate ("Saber", renamed "Batman") behind. On the way out the docent at the door asked "Getting one, not two? They're two-for-one, you know!" After reading a poster on the wall about the benefits of having two kittens, we decided it would be easier on our older cat (and us) to bring home both kittens, and we're so glad we did! They're double the fun, they're the best of friends, they keep each other active (and distracted), and they're such a delight to have around! We don't know what we'd do without them, or what they'd do without each other. Thank you, HSHV! |
