Lucky Kid Decided to Share the Wealth

Nola

Sometimes when you are feeling really blue or sad, it can be helpful to think about everything great that you have already.  Maybe your car got a flat tire, but at least
you have a car!  Well Nola wasn’t having a bad day, but she is still wise enough to recognize that she had already been giving a lot of gifts from her family.
She decided that she wanted to make the animals happy that didn’t have
as much as her.  Any charitable gift is kind, but it is especially heartwarming to see such a young member of our community pitching in her share to help fight animal homelessness.  That is why we were positively glowing when we saw Nola come in with all the “presents” she was given for her birthday.  What was Nola going to do with
all those dog bones and dog and cat food and toys and towels?  She knew what she was doing when she asked for them, and they all made their way here to help our homeless friends.  Nola, you are an incredible kid!  Keep it up! Maybe one day when you are an old person you can tell your friends about you helped play a part in stopping animal homelessness for once and for all!  If there were more people like you
in this world we think you could make it happen.
