Our Pepper  Our Pepper We came to your shelter to look at another dog which was already taken. We left with a timid dog who is afraid of men. Little did we know she would be the perfect dog for us. Pepper is a 10 year + German short-haired pointer and she is exactly the right dog for us. While she was quite shy and afraid of men, she adapted very well and by the time we got home she acted like she had always lived here. She loves to ride in the car and take walks but is also happy to nap on the couch or the bed or lay in the sunlight. She makes us laugh often and has pretty good manners (my husband is spoiling her) and even knows some tricks. The whole experience was wonderful and I have been bragging on your shelter ever since. |
