Parker is a generous guy

One of the most fantastic things about watching a child grow is seeing them become more responsible and civic minded.  Parker’s guardians must have been very proud of him when he decided that he would forgo birthday presents this year and instead ask for cash donations and dog food that he could bring to HSHV.  Parker decided that he had enough and he could share with others who needed more. 

How inspiring that Parker would first of all recognize these needy animals and put them in his circle of compassion, and then decided that he didn’t need presents like our friends here needed things.  Wow!  Thanks Parker.  We hope your
friends will take your lead and make mature decisions like that when their birthdays come around!
