Our little Cuddle Bug! Sleeping after playing with her big brothers!!
I am an animal love all around but I especially am fond of cats!!! I had two before we decided to take in another. I so desperately wanted another kitten as my baby Lou Lou is no longer a kitten!!! So I got the OK from my fiancé to adopt another kitten in need. However I had a special request from a very smart, witty 9 year old. Our daughter wanted an all grey kitten. So I went on the search for the right kitten. I found one at another Humane society however, Peyton, was very ill when I went to bring her to her forever home. I went back on the search but was so sad I couldn't bring Peyton home. Tia (our daughter) was already informed I was going to get her.
I went to Google and was directed to Huron Valley. I found Dora online , called and left work immediately to go meet her and bring her home!! After I read her story I had to get her ASAP. She was found on a semi truck that had carried automotive parts from Mexico!!! She had siblings and they found their way to Huron Valley Humane Society. I feel like all things happen for a reason!!! I called off the rest of the day and made my journey from Detroit to Ann Arbor. I feel in love immediately with her and was so happy she was coming home! I picked Tia up from school with Dora and she was so happy!!!! I had to be honest and let her know it was not Peyton. So she said " I don't like don't like Dora" So we renamed her Peyton. After all we got our little Peyton!!!!
Every night she sleeps with either me or Tia. She plays all day with her big brothers Jag and Lou Lou!!! She is such a happy kitty. Laser time is all of their favorite time!!!!! needless to say we love her so much and appreciate the love she gives in return!!!!! My little Cuddle Bug!!! So happy in her forever home!!!
