No Longer a Scaredy Cat

No Longer a Scaredy Cat
No Longer a Scaredy Cat

A cat who is finally comfortable in her forever home.

When we first brought Birdie home (not her name when we adopted her), she was skittish and terrified of strangers, loud noises, and even feet. Over time, she got to be more and more talkative, the part Siamese that she is, and now she lets you know exactly what she wants, when she wants it!

Birdie loves to sit on her new mom's desk while she works at home - her favorite bed is a stack of paper. Of course, if she's not getting enough attention, she'll sit knock the papers off the table or sit in the keyboard. She loves to play with her mouse on a string, and once even caught a bat that somehow got into the house! (She let it go - she was just as surprised as we were.) Birdie takes a while to warm up to you, but once she does, she's the sweetest, loviest girl who just needs all the attention you can give her. We're so happy Birdie came into our lives.
