Our Scottish King

Robert the Bruce has become king of our little home. He doesn't take nonsense, but he knows how to have fun. Watching him chase a laser pointer is an absolute riot. He certainly doesn't show his age. Robert continues to surprise us. We've discovered that despite his large stature, Robert is quite capable of jumping up to high places. Ethan caught him up on the kitchen counters the other day! He loves sleeping on our shoes anytime we leave them laying around. We've caught him a few times sleeping with his face buried in them.

I remember the first time I saw Robert in person at his foster home. I instantly fell in love. The best part is that he has done so well with being introduced to our other cats. A lot better than we ever expected. He's so friendly and social. He's brought so much love and happiness into our home all we can hope for is that we do the same for him as his owners. He continues to lose weight at a slow and healthy rate, and we're hoping to get him down to his ideal size soon! We couldn't be happier having him in our home!
