Dapper Dan  Dapper Dan Our new bundle of joy! My wife and I wanted to bring another pet into our home since our Bassett Hound died 10 years ago. I wanted to get a puppy, but I came across Dapper Dan's photo on the HSHV website and told my wife that we could go look at him in the morning. We held him, but he was not thrilled with us, and we felt no emotional connection. We then looked at other kitties in the kitty room. Still no emotional connection with the couple that we held. We then held Dapper Dan again, and he looked so sad and his eyes were so beautiful. We decided that he deserved a good home too so we took him home. We were told he was found outside and somebody brought him in. We are so happy to be Dapper's new family! He is the best kitty! He is lovable and loves to play. His favorite past time is sitting on our laps! We a lovable bundle of joy. Thank you, Dapper Dan for coming into our lives. He has been battling a respiratory infection but was told this was normal. We are nursing him back, but it sure hasn't slowed him down! The vet there has been taking awesome care of him. How can you fall in love with something so fast? We couldn't imagine our home without him. |
