Finally safe and WARM  Finally safe and WARM Charlotte (formerly Bugaloo) was somehow managing to survive in the sub-zero temps, living off the kindness of neighbors on the other side of our neighborhood and "sheltering" under decks. The second we opened a neighborhood e-mail alert with her picture, we knew we had to rescue her. We rented a trap from HSHV and our great neighbors managed to trap her within a day. Charlotte only came home 2 days ago, but she is "owning" her guest suite and our family. We will send another update in a few weeks when she has acclimated to the rest of our house, and most importantly, to her two older "brothers", our resident cats. |
