Let's move beyond the basics of helping cats survive their stay at an animal shelter to determining the right home for each unique individual.  See how HSHV saves 96% of the cats who come through the door and works to ensure they are matched with the placements that best fits their needs.

1:00-1:30  Ensuring the 6 freedoms for shelter cats (Tanya Hilgendorf, HSHV's President and CEO)

1:30-3:00  How to assess, work with and home cats based on their unique personalities and needs, including those needing nontraditional placements (Jess VanKoningsveld, HSHV's Feline Behavior Specialist)

3:00-3:30  Shelter Tour
