Women's Health Workshop @Tiny Lions
|
Welcome to the Smarty Cat Series -- workshops brought to you by talented folks in our community who volunteer their expertise to help animals. So help yourself, and help animals at the same time! We're kicking off the series with Dr. Caroline Kieserman-Shmokler, who'll be speaking on senior women's health. Dr. Kieserman-Shmokler is an OB/Gyn, or more specifically, a urogynecologist at the University of Michigan. She speaks with patients every day on these important subjects and has graciously volunteered her time to share information and answer questions. She will speak about common pelvic health issues for women as they age, including urinary and bowel symptoms, and sexual concerns. She will give an overview of the breadth of treatment options and will leave plenty of time for questions. Limited Space Available - Tickets $5 Dr. Caroline Kieserman-Shmokler is a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellow at the University of Michigan. She attended the University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate education. She then completed medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania before finishing residency at the University of Wisconsin. Date:
