Camp PAWS WinterAre you crazy about animals? Then come and join us for Camp PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving)! This animal-themed camp consists of  fun-filled days that will surely make your tail wag!

Camp PAWS will include:

  • visits from animal rescue groups  
  • enrichment toy/treat making
  • daily visits with adoptable animals
  • humane education lessons
  • art, games and activities 

Through our Camp PAWS program campers will learn how to care for and respect our animal friends. Designed to be both educational and fun, campers will engage in activities that will help to prepare them to become responsible and compassionate future pet owners!

Campers will be responsible for bringing their own lunches each day of camp. HSHV will provide a small snack in the afternoon.

Camp hours are from 9-4pm on December 28th - 30th, 2020. 

Covid-19 Precautions: Upon arrival, parents will be asked to assist in completing a Covid-19 questoinnare and children will have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer. We're sorry - any child who is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, has been exposed to anyone with a positive Covid-19 test or has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be able to attend. In this case, we can discuss options for attending another time.

Each child will also be asked to sanitize their hands. Children will be required to wear a mask for the duration of this program, except while eating snack. Materials and supplies will not be shared during the program and sanitizer will be used frequently. The number of guests will be limited to 10 children.
