Menu: BBQ Seitan Cream of Broccoli Soup Cheesy Veg Dip Chocolate Mousse Bio: Jeri learned how to cook alongside her mom in the kitchen as a child. When she became vegan in 1997, she started veganizing all of her favorite recipes and now draws from a plethora of recipes and techniques that have been developed by chefs all over the world. She has taught vegan cooking classes for three years and is currently a student in the culinary arts program at Washtenaw Community College. She views veganism as an extension of her activism on other social justice issues, linking compassion for humans and animals (nonhuman) with efforts to protect the environment.
